1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns and exchanges for certain products within 1 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- The original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact.
- The return request is raised within the specified time frame of 24 hours from delivery.
Please note that returns are not accepted for:
- Imitation jewelry, accessories, nightwear, and innerwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Discounted or sale items
- Items that have been customized or altered
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:
- Email us at support@nyluxecollections.shop or WhatsApp us at 9952124603 within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and share the return shipping instructions.
Once approved, you can:
- Ship the item back to our return address (shipping cost borne by the customer unless the item is defective or wrong).
- Or, if applicable, request a pickup through our courier partner (available in select locations).
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- You will be notified via email/WhatsApp about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued as:
- Store credit, or
- Original payment method (depending on your preference and payment gateway policy).
Please note:
- Shipping charges and COD fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- In case of prepaid orders, refund timelines may vary slightly based on your bank/payment provider.
4. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process above and mention “Exchange Request” in your email/message.
Once we receive the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement (subject to stock availability).
5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo/video of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Refunds for canceled orders (if prepaid) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
